Preamble

The subject property which is known as PT 2113 has a total land area of 24.282 hectares (60.002 acres). Separate individual titles have been issued to the land.

 
   

Location

The land is strategically located within the Malacca Historical City Hall (Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah) limits and is about 6 km from the Historical City Centre. The existing access to the land is via a metalled service road serving Taman Sri Krubong.

Eventually two bridges will be built to have direct access to the land. The road linking to the new Ayer Keroh - Sungai Udang Highway is about 3 km to the north east of the land.

The bridge to Taman Merdeka has been completed. It will serve as a main arterial road to Peninsula Park.

Adjacent to the land to the north is Taman Sri Krubong and Krubong Industrial Estate.

The Cheng Industrial Estate is located across the Sungai Cheng while the established Taman Merdeka is situated across Sungai Melaka.

Taman Malim Jaya comprising approximately 3,500 units of mixed residential commercial as well as light industrial properties is only 2 km to the south.

The Batu Berendam Airport is only 5 minutes away from the subject property.
