    Sinmah  Development  Sdn. Bhd. has  acquired  a  piece  of  land  located  in  Mukim  of  Krubong,  District  of Melaka  
    Tengah, Melaka and to be known as Peninsula Park  


The subject property which is known as PT 2113 has a total land area of 24.282 hectares (60.002 acres). Separate individual titles have been issued to the land.



The land is strategically located within the Malacca Historical City Hall (Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah) limits and is about 6 km from the Historical City Centre. The existing access to the land is via a metalled service road serving Taman Sri Krubong.
